On the side, lifting a straight leg sideways – SELF ORGANISATION
We seem to have arrived at another series in this manual, the lying on the side, pushing and lifting series which really helps us explore the differences in THE WAY we move on the left side compared to the right.
We will have many opportunities in this lesson to compare how we use the large muscles and bones of our torso, the hips, the pelvis, the glutes, the loooonnnng muscles of the stomach and back which work in unison. When these muscles and bones are actively working, THEN the legs become light.
We’ll get to put in to use all the pressing in to the floor we’ve been practicing… thus far!
