I have a usual Sunday routine which means I’m used to getting these out for 8pm. Somebody made a request to have them at 7 for the weekends which I couldn’t make happen today. Next weekend they will be ready for 7pm.

This one is very Feldy, as in only Moshe could have thought of it.

We explore more of the chain reaction pulling through the foot, arm, shoulders to lift the head, in different configurations. Then he asks us to work out for ourselves what the differences are between the start and the end.
