Another one of those lessons I invite you to go with, despite what you think when reading the title.

Moshe walks and talks us through a series of movements which are fantastic for the pelvis, to really get in to the ball and socket joint from many different angles.

I start to wonder if people headed in the direction for a hip replacement started to introduce these movements instead… would there be a recovery phase for healthier and happier hips?
