Another classic Feldenkrais lesson, which feels like an extension of last night’s.. maybe it was taught in sequence.

One way to really explore differences is to leave people feeling quite (at) odds with themselves after a one-sided lesson. I think it’s one of Moshe’s favourite ‘tricks’. I remember a friend I’d introduced to Feldenkrais being horrified at the thought of walking out of the lesson lop sided. “No, please fix it I feel really strange”

So the practitioner added another 10 minutes of going through the lesson in our imaginations to balance us out.

I’m guessing everybody here will be OK knowing our bodies will balance back to ‘normal’.. and if you really want, you can simply go through the movements in your imagination to bring your Self back to balance.

yes, it's suitable for Asanga and Vita.
