Welcome to more inner space explorations, from where we can expand our Feldy horizons. I was once called a Space Cadet and had NO IDEA what the person was talking about. Now, I’m proud to be an Inner Space Cadet, I’m even thinking of getting a t-shirt printed!
Am I alone in starting to think of my lungs differently after these lessons? I keep imagining I have something like tree roots in my chest that expand and contract with every breath. I’m developing a new respect for my lungs and breathing… and.. l e n g t h e n i n g from the inside out. Until reading this series I’d only been thinking of my muscles lengthening, now, I’m thinking of getting long from the inside in a weirdly wonderful way.
I’ve done these lessons numerous times before, and only now do they seem to be hitting home (so to speak).
Let’s look at the lungs again so that we have a clearer picture of what we’re doing:
