Am I alone in breathing a sigh of relief when I read this title?? It’s over, the heels under the pelvis series has come to an end… YAY!

champagne cheers

Tonight we have a lovely lesson that invites us to explore how we distribute our weight with our friend… planet earth.

Moshe seemed to want people to repeat very similar movements and find the differences - are you noticing a greater ability to sense into all the things we’ve been practicing?

The shape of your spine, on the inside and the outside?

How when one side lengthens, the other shortens?

That distance between the shoulder blades and the spine as you move, curl and bend?

The collar bones, (in latin, key bones) and how they are the front of a girdle that sits atop your ribs.. and the shoulder blades also ride over the top of your ribs…

are you developing a stronger sense of how your skeletal system fits together??

If so you might enjoy this lesson, even if the answer is “not yet”.
