This series continues, even if you think they’re too challenging/advanced/difficult, the invitation is to bring your self to the recording anyway and listen for the way Moshe breaks down the lessons. There’s a lot to learn simply by listening for how he’s thinking.. the same can be applied to ANY situation that seems daunting or overwhelming.
Bite size pieces,
Exploring the way weight is distributed,
Organising the Self - include the WHOLE self - the good the bad and the ugly,
Breathing, notice WHERE in your body the breath is being held,
Stay within your comfort zone,
MOVE SLOWLY,
and gently
rest and prepare to begin again,
be curious,
be aware of the internal dialogue and do it anyway.
