Heels under the pelvis #3 Lifting the knees - WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION
OOPS, I forgot to post this today.
Tonight is a continuation of last night’s which for me proved quite challenging - remembering I’ve broken both of my ankles and the fascia is a little tight.
We did this series in the training and I remember breathing a huge sigh of relief when they were finally over - and by the same token, my ankles, hips and legs felt AMAZING!!
When I did the series a second time it was much easier, and then the third I struggled to remember why I’d feared them!
