YES, more breathing tonight, this time with Megan’s gentle voice walking us through some more rhythms to pace ourselves and cleanse our bodies as we build our muscles to breathe in, pause, breathe out, and pause. It helped today when I went to an acupuncture clinic based on the recommendation of a friend, it seemed the opportune time to practice expanding my chest with really, literally spikey bits sticking out… and a big internal grin.
