Some of these Lessons really have us explore our inner workings, which for me was completely unknown territory and I found it fascinating. Ever since those first discoveries, these learnings live as that which cannot be UN-seen, or UN-known.

My internal dialogue goes something like… “WHAT????? I have an INSIDE of the scapula? The bones of my ribs have an inside that is closer to my organs than they are to the ground? I can drive my eyeballs from the back??”

“HOW DID I NOT KNOW THIS???”

Well, now I do, and it changes everything.

Tonight we’ll be exploring the breath as a tool to shape, sculpt or mould our Selve from the inside. You’ll be lying on your back the whole time, do what you need to do to be comfortable.
