“The eyes, for us, are an instrument through which we receive most of our impressions from life.
These may be even more than coming from the ears even though the ears are much more primitive, more basic, and the response of the ears to sound is much faster than the response of the eyes to light.
Despite that, we do not feel the eyes.
If someone tries to sense the eyes, they can feel them; however, if they tries to sense the mouth, its contours, the cavity of the mouth is much clearer to feel than the eyes.
With the eyes — it is not easy to sense them.
With the eyes you truly see that they are not within the range of conscious sensation and they spoil without people knowing why or how.
They people spoil them the eyes by themselves.
We will improve and intensify the sensation of the eyes.
You will see that it is very difficult in the beginning.
In the beginning you do not feel anything, but at the end of the lesson you will see, for yourselves, that it created an enormous difference in the vision and in all the muscles of the body. It is simply astonishing.
Later, if you take a newspaper, you will see that it is printed with much better ink, that the paper is whiter, and the letters are clearer.”

When You Gaze Into the Eyeball Pedicure, the Eyeball Pedicure Gazes Back — See Photos | Allure
found on the world wide web, here’s looking at you :)

Stay warm for this lesson, grab a blanket, something for under your head if that is needed, put on some warm socks, gloves (if you’re me :).

One of the most interesting things I’ve heard about the eyes (that bears repeating) is that they (too) are filled with fluid, so they’re squishy. They’re not necessarily hard marble-like objects, what if they’re more like balloons filled with water and over time they move into an oblong shape?

What if the muscles around the eye-BALL are what shapes the sac of fluid? The more we squint then the more the fascia around the eyeBALL (it’s everywhere) starts to make the eye shape of Megan of Vita, of Dale, Nancy, Mia, Asanga, Marianne, Robyn and all the people?

Does that then mean we can shape our eyes by the way we move the muscles deep inside the skull? Does releasing the pull of the eyes back into their sockets enable them to become more round?

What I love about what we’re learning is that we are all on the cusp of such discoveries - I’m sure there are many people through the years who have proposed such “nonsense” and been easily dismissed… I’m sure of that. Yet, now, we have this world wide web which acts like a forum for people to discuss such non-sensical matters - and practice them!!

Like we do in this lesson :)

It’s for EVERYone… and, Moshe gives away a lot of juicy information in this one, so make yourself comfy. There’s a bit of listening required.

Cheers,
