This is a really interesting lesson, FANTASTIC for hands/shoulders/neck/back… well, the whole body!
The way Moshe has us “balance” on the hands is pure Feldenkrais - a dash of the unexpected, shaken into a blend of rather unusual, with a twist of … “OMGoodness are you serious??”, and,“wow that feels great!”
It is challenging, the first half is worth the time taken to tune in, then Moshe takes the movements to a whole different level.
