A classic Feldenkrais lesson where the mind can get a little confused with front/back/ up/down. Fantastic for the shoulders if anybody is having any issues.

It can be a bit taxing, yet Moshe walks us through a variety of ways to open up and loosen areas that can generally be very tight for many people, in quite unusual positions.
As is with every lesson, take it slowly, do only what you feel comfortable with and take rests whenever you need.
