This one is a bit pretzel-ly, Asanga I’m not so sure you’ll be able to fully appreciate the movements with the concerns you have with your bodies. Best done in your imagination - perhaps. Vita, if you choose to play (I recommend you explore the first part) bring your long socks or stockings - for both legs.

I remember having a lot of fun with this one when I did it with the group, the sensation of looping my Self in through holes and working out what Moshe was getting to was one of a little kid finding a treasure map. It’s a movement I now sometimes find myself exploring without any prompting because it was so much fun.

see how the collar bones could be part of the arms… imagine they go all the way to the sternum.. see also how the ribs are rounded at the top, they narrow in toward the neck?

Imagine your arms go to the centre of your torso - at the back and the front.. that extra length could have this lesson be a whole different experience. This is what we’ll be exploring tonight.

you might want to measure your arm length before and after this lesson! Look at this dude’s toes, they’re like his hands!
