Tilting the knees on the stomach & twisting the spine with lifting the arms - DNA
Vita, I think you’ll love this one - I’m sure you’ve done it before, this time with even more awareness of one side getting loooong while the other shortens… could make it a little more interesting :)
Asanga, with your ribs I’m not so sure this lesson will be enjoyable - you are always welcome to lie on your stomach and move a tiny fraction of a milimetre until you feeeeel like your body wants to move a little more - it’s up to you.

Tonight’s lesson is a classic Feldy move where we continue with some twisty moves to replicate how our DNA moves within us… rather than fight it with our usual robotic moves, Moshe encourages us to follow the pattern and connect with that spirally flow.
