this has NOTHING at all to do with today’s lesson.

here’s the video of this guy skipping on a chair - which, as stated in the image has nothing to do with today’s lesson, I thought it was interesting to see the degree to which people go with their ‘fitness’.

PS: I do NOT recommend tying a chair to your belly to skip through a jumprope!

Substack’s AI was really confused with the directive so I sought an image from the net and it returned with this guy skipping with a chair.. is how that happened.

I repeat myself.. athough these images have nothing at all to do with today’s lesson.. it is still challenging and you will need a sturdy chair. There is no way I’d attempt doing it on my fold up chair.

You will be sitting on it in an unusual way which will require a chair will all the legs fixed, a sturdy back and placed where it will be solidly planted for the whole lesson.

It’s worth giving the lesson a go, despite your thoughts on reading the title, it’s great for the pelvis, legs.. and spine… and you may have guessed there’s been a bit of a theme over the last few days, which are leading up to a peak. You could call them warm ups.

FYI, did you know Moshe was born in Ukraine??
