Sitting on the toes next to a chair – HIP MOBILITY - Asanga and Vita this one could be good for you both... if you go gently.
This lessons calls for some unusual movements, and make sure the chair is stable to assist with balance as the shifting of your body weight takes place.

Do only what is comfortable at a pace that suits you. The feeling afterwards is worth whatever level of participation you want to contribute to these movements. Be they tiny, few and seemingly irrelevant.. every move makes a difference.
