The title of this lesson could sound daunting… however, what Moshe asks us to do in this lesson on a chair is actually easier than when later on in this series we do something similar on the floor.
… AND, the result can be surprising - I know it was for me… somebody who has broken both legs and had to learn to walk again. As is with all the lessons, it’s not about the end goal, all the little steps in between are designed to have us progress toward something.
It’s the attitude that matters.
What I’m still learning is how my(?) internal dialogue can stop me from moving toward things, events, meetings, movements that can really make a difference and alter patterns, break habits to offer alternative ways to grow and develop my Self. I’m gradually able to listen to that voice, acknowledge it and choose despite what it says… and I’m really glad I did with this lesson.
Notice what that voice is telling you when you read the title of today’s lesson.
