it’s not for the feint hearted!

There’s a movement that quite honestly scared me when I first did it… over time I got used to it as my muscles softened and my bones knew I wasn’t going to break them.

Now that my awareness is developing I’ve learned to approach this one particular part of the lesson extremely gently and to go slowly.

The feeling at the end of lessons like this ALWAYS astound me, there’s a sensation of being open through the chest, belly and pelvis which is well worth the trepidation!

Do ONLY what you feel comfortable with, be gentle with yourself and remember to breathe.
