Part one of this lesson was a few days ago, this time Moshe adds a few variations that make the movements really interesting… again, how he came up with these options never ceases to amaze me.
Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen is another person that comes up with unique ways to think and be in the human body, it’s from her that I learned about the quadrant, (meet Bonnie, here she explains more).
Her explanation really assisted me with Feldenkrais movements in the sitting position (initially), and gradually over time this area started to grab my attention in other positions.
