OMGoodness, I’ve had a (re)organisation of lifestyle which has thrown my routine out… I forgot to send the link this morning.
Tonight Megan will walk us through a lesson in standing - please have space to walk around a little. It’s best to be barefoot so that the connection with the ground is clear without the interference of shoes. The point of these standing lessons is to have all of the toes to connect with the ground so that we can get a read on HOW our feet take the weight.. on the inside, the outside, which toes are proactive in walking us around?
Megan has been a practitioner for many years, she’s embodying the work physically, emotionally and spiritually - which comes through in the way she reads.
