Now that we’ve explored our Selves with our hands and imaginations I’m guessing you might have a greater comprehension of how all the parts work together as one system and you need a playground to explore that connection.

Think of this lesson as your playground.

Two lessons ago you got to meet the shoulder blades, where they start and end, their shape and connection to the pelvis and base of the skull. In feeling your vertebrae you may now have a greater appreciation of their shape on the outside, and on the inside.

With this knowledge you are invited to visualise how they move in this lesson as they twist and curve into unusual positions.

And then, there’s also the relationship with planet earth, our grounding partner to keep in mind.. or where ever else you’d like to re-mind yourself of that connection.
