You’re receiving this again because I scheduled it incorrectly at 8AM instead of 8pm, and hadn’t added the recording. All fixed now!


More rolling, this time with a difference (compared to the previous lessons).. you’ll hear “protrude the belly, contract the back” throughout the lesson. Moshe has been training us to get these muscles receptive for bending and now, in preparation for bridging. We start with the hands on the ankles and gradually, before you know it he will have thought of other ways to bring our bodies into position.

People (like me) who tend to move mostly in flexion could find a great sense of release after this lesson - I know I did. Training the bones and muscles to lengthen in the opposite direction can bring a big sigh of relief and a big smile - which might also creep onto your face as you follow Moshe’s instructions… with some questions…
