This is another rolling lesson which means you will need room to roll off the mat from side to side. We’ve done similar last week.

Moshe spent a lot of time getting the timing of the people in the room pretty tight so that people had the space on either side to roll together. Because we didn’t need to worry about that given that we’re all in the privacy of our homes and couldn’t see each other… instead I bring your attention to the long side and the short side of the same movement to feel how the two extremes can change the experience.

Life is a little like that, depending on where we place our attention the experience can radically alter, so I thought this could be a good time to practice.
