Another classic Feldy lesson which involves the extensors through the back, those muscles really close to the spine, to keep it erect - erector spinae muscles… which speak for themselves.
Moshe again asks us to contract these muscles, to be aware of how this movement when done in its full capacity brings back the head and the pelvis. Our little tail bone is important here too, being able to discern WHERE it is located in space and encouraging it to move backward, in the direction of the head really shortens through the back and elongates the front.
