“The great majority do not notice the essential thing, the most important thing.
The great majority push the chin forward when erecting the spine, they round the back and instead of erecting it, only make efforts.
The chin goes down when erecting the spine.
The chin does not go up nor does it go down.
It should be in the middle; but without a doubt, it cannot move away from the throat. At the time the chin moves away from the throat, you round the shoulders.
If the chin moves away from the throat the erecting will never be ‘erecting’.”
