When you cast your mind back three lessons ago you might remember Moshe divided us with an imaginary plane… and then cleaned it. . My opinion could have interfered with your experience in that last lesson, I confessed to Megan afterward to not liking the section with the ball, which, you might have sensed in the way I delivered that section.

This time, I got with the program and really imagined a little ball inside mySelf, bouncing between my spine and inside of the ribs… you may be able to pick up on the difference this time.

*Listen meaning to be aware of.

I found it amazing how different one side could feel compared to the other, without really having physically, it was really only my mind doing the “work”..
