Tonight Megan delivers the first section of last night’s lesson so that we can practice different sections of the same lesson to gradually learn about the movements and then bring the whole lesson together.
One of the ways Feldenkrais differs from other practices is that it encourages people to find comfort rather than forcing a position that is uncomfortable. This lesson can be done in a chair if sitting is too uncomfortable, and as is shown in the images above, hold a towel to take pressure off the wrist if it starts to hurt.
Otherwise your attention will be on the pain rather than the exploration, which is the preference with Feldenkrais - that way you can find the most efficient pathways more easily.
Think of your self as a private investigator, looking for routes that make the most sense.
