either make it into a fist, or roll up a towel and hold it with your wrist in a fist shape.

One of the ways Feldenkrais differs from other practices is that it encourages people to find comfort rather than forcing a position that is uncomfortable. This lesson can be done in a chair if sitting is too uncomfortable, and as is shown in the images above, hold a towel to take pressure off the wrist if it starts to hurt.

Otherwise your attention will be on the pain rather than the exploration, which is the preference with Feldenkrais - that way you can find the most efficient pathways more easily.

Think of your self as a private investigator, looking for routes that make the most sense.
