There are some lessons that are so typically Feldenkrais, and this is one of them. I say typically Feldenkrais because I don’t know of any other method that has movement be so much fun whilst unravelling the puzzle that humans are.
At first when I did this lesson I didn’t really get it, then with some practice something clicked and I really got the chain effect of one bone pulling the other, pulling the other… and I felt like a little kid with a new toy… all giggly!
My skeleton is now my toy :)
