a pearl of wisdom Moshe drops into this lesson which, given the state of the world, might only apply to the human body and movement, maybe, perhaps.
We seem to be going a bit sideways with these recent lessons, I don’t know about you.. I feel like I’m getting longer as the sides of my DNA are more able to twist and rotate around the centre.
There seems to be more room to move within my body when the sides are a little longer and twistier… what are you noticing for your Self?
