As we work our way through these lessons, Moshe’s thought processes might now be making a little more sense as to why we’re doing what we’re doing.

Maybe, perhaps, that could be the case.

For example, you might be noticing how we move a particular way, once with our face to the ground, then with the back to the ground, then we do the same movement again from the sides. All of these variations invite our spines to move through these vast ranges of different angles so that those delicate bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons can work out for them selves how to transport the weight of our bodies. These varying ranges give us the ability to sense into how our bodies have perhaps been compensating, or sneakily working out ways to move around what we find difficult rather than facing those challenges directly.

On a larger scale, these ‘habits’ say more about us than they do about our bodies.
