The knee bent on the abdomen - Moshe says: "is impossible for most people to do.. "
and then he goes on to say… “by the end of the lesson… you will be able to… ”
I remember the first time I did this one, getting myself into position “yeah, right, OK” and then when I heard the movement… my internal dialogue got really loud…. “WHAT?”
”Are you serious?”
Then, at the end came a feeling of satisfaction… “wow, I never EVER thought I’d be able to do this movement”. I remember then standing up and wanting to fly with a huge “wow”.
Yes, you can probably guess, this one is challenging, and still… I invite you to give it a go. What’s so for me is very likely very different for you.
Remember, to move *toward* something is to move a tiny tiny fraction in the direction of, to get on the track that will take us there. It’s the initiation of the movement, that very first stage of organising ones self that matters.
