and so we begin… again!!
Much like what we found in the first series, Moshe often started a lesson with what is known as a ‘test’ movement to give people a measure to return to at the end and feel how the wide variety of movements we do in-between shifted the experience, that’s what we’ll be doing on a bigger scale. Think of the first lesson as a ‘test’ movement and then on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday we’ll be doing different variations of the same and then returning to the original lesson on Sunday to feel the changes. For the brave and adventurous you could also SEE the differences by comparing video’s before and after.
That’s what we’ll be doing each week.
One of the key elements of this practice is bringing awareness to specific areas of the human body as it moves, in this way we become the observer as we witness our self move objectively, and, simultaneously we are the subject, that which is being observed.
For many people this way is an out-of-the-ordinary experience, one that calls for humans to be present and make subtle shifts as-and- when needed so that we can ‘smooth out’ the pathway in the instance of any glitches.
Sometimes glitches are simply a way for our bodies to say “hey, what about if you move a fraction of a millimetre up/down to the left/right?”. By learning to change the trajectory a tiny little fraction of a milimeltre in different areas can sometimes create a whole different pattern that uses our muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons in a way that (re)wires our brains… like when, as babies we first learned to stay upright and take a few steps.
Now in our more mature years we get to learn again, this time with awareness to de-mystify our progress. Some say we get to learn, to learn.
These lessons are for every BODY, all different ages, shapes, sizes and abilities.. there’s really nowhere to ‘get’ to, we won’t be building up strength over time, it’s more like we’ll be working out puzzles and sometimes reaching an ‘a’ha’ moment… and sometimes not…. as we bring our whole system to work as one.
There will be guidance along the way to assist you learn more about your self as you move, in ways that probably seem foreign at first as patterns are intercepted and unusual options are explored.

Myself(dot)Study is an experiment in the making, your feedback is appreciated.. PLEASE comment or email me if you have any suggestions to make this learning process more valuable - for YOU.
Tonight we’ll doing the recording together, ‘live’ with a conversation at the end for those with something to share. And it’s completely fine if you simply sign off at the end without saying a word.
