First, clear your space, we’ll be learning ways to distribute weight through a movement that requires a lot of room to move right and left without fear of hitting anything.
The pelvis is a critical part of this movement, remember we’ve talked about it as something like a bowl? Well, in this lesson that bowl will be spinning in all directions, pay attention to how it rolls forward, backward and from side to side.
