Arlyn is somebody who studied directly with Moshe - Megan introduced her to me and I LOVE the simple yet deep and effective way Arlyn communicates lessons.

I bought her Flexible Chest series from the Feldenkrais Resources website and emailed her to ask if she was OK with linking the lessons for this group, she gave us the thumbs up.

This particular series has three short talks and 4 Awareness Through Movement lessons, one of which is minimal folding of shoulders and hips - which could have you ask… what does this have to do with a flexible chest??

Bones of the Chest – Names, Basic Anatomy, and Diagram

To accompany the lesson, I’m including a short talk from the series called “The Structure of the Ribs”.. which Arlyn was clearly showing people during a workshop.

The way she is talking requires some imagination on your part to sense through the areas she could be pointing to on a skeleton. My thoughts on posting it is that some of what she says could resonate as you move through this lesson:
