Most Feldy moves are very easy to bring in to daily routine, to be a part of our lives and this one in particular is a brilliant de-stressor. SOOO much tension can be stored in the eyes, the face, the neck and head - without us really being aware of it. Usually the lines around the eyes indicate our balls of vision have been working over time - especially when staring in to phones for such long periods of time.
