Here is the second part to the running lesson Sharon offered last week, I’ve not yet done it so I’m a little unsure what to say.
I have found Sharon’s (old 2014) podcast with a lessons for anybody using Apple, and this image from a marathon she ran… after a severe bike accident.
In her blog she wrote:
