I simply scoured through the lessons of the free resource page to find what sounded interesting and found Liz’s recordings. What drew me to her was that she pointed to Gaby Yaron as the source, and I love Gaby’s work. She’s one of the originals who learned directly from Moshe, so that’s what caught my interest in this particular lesson.
In searching for information about Liz Sisco, she seems to be the type of person who loves to give to communities yet doesn’t really want much known about her. This is some of the little I could find:
“Liz teaches Awareness Through Movement® at the Feldenkrais Institute of San Diego and has a private practice, where she teaches Functional Integration® in Golden Hill. She has over 30 years’ experience teaching creative arts. A dedicated outdoor adventurer, Liz spends each morning exploring the canyons of Balboa Park and the summers hiking and swimming in the Sierras. She is bilingual in Spanish.”
