“It is better to be the last one to do it than the first according to the law,
’An idiot jumps ahead.’
Even our forefathers knew that.”

Moshe Feldenkrais

“That is why you do not need to be the first to arrive.
The first to arrive will spoil the movement and not receive the benefit
that could be provided when the arrival is done in the way I ask.
That is why it is necessary to go slowly
until near the end it arrives at the place where to return,
to stop,
or to continue are all the same.”

There will be more pushing and pulling our own body ‘weight’ which gives us all a great opportunity to put in to practice what the last two hundred and forty nine lessons have provided us…
patience,
and kindness for our Selves…
as we sense IN TO our bodies
and feel from within.
